Ingredients for 4 people:
- Nutrave chicken breast pieces
- Rice
- Basil
- Curry powder and paste
- Spring onion
- Red pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Coconut milk
- Lemon grass
Preparation:
For this dish we can use diced chicken, or in this case, Nutrave chicken breast pieces.
Cook the chicken in a pan with a little olive oil, along with the chopped spring onion and red pepper.
Add the curry powder and curry paste, which will give the dish a spicy touch, along with the lemon grass.
Once the chicken has browned, add the coconut milk and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
How to serve:
Serve the chicken curry with rice, which should be cooked separately. A few basil leaves can be added to give the dish a fresh, green touch. All done!
